Uh-oh! The little newborn monkey was hungry, and he was not in the mood to wait. Curled up beside Mummy, he looked up at her with his tiny eyes and let out a soft little cry.
“Where is my milk, Mummy?” his expression seemed to say.
Mummy gently held her baby close, trying to comfort him. But the little monkey became more impatient. He wiggled his tiny arms, made funny little sounds, and turned his face from side to side as if searching for his favorite meal.
Mummy cuddled him warmly and whispered, “Be patient, my little one.”
Still, the hungry baby monkey wasn’t convinced! His tiny angry face was almost too adorable to resist. After a little while, Mummy finally comforted him, and the little monkey relaxed in her loving arms.
Soon, his grumpy mood disappeared, replaced by peaceful little sounds. Safe beside Mummy, he slowly drifted off to sleep.
