“Mom… Are You Bored With Me?” A Hungry Baby Monkey’s Cry
Deep in a peaceful jungle, a tiny baby monkey named Anissa sat beneath a large tree, watching her mother from a distance. Anissa was hungry and wanted milk, but her mother seemed tired and distracted.
The little monkey slowly crawled closer and reached out her tiny hand. With tears in her eyes, she wondered, “Mom… are you bored with me? Why don’t you hold me anymore?”
Anissa’s stomach growled as she waited quietly. She hugged herself and looked around while other baby monkeys played happily with their mothers.
After a while, her mother noticed the sadness in Anissa’s eyes. She came closer, gently picked her up, and held her against her warm chest. Anissa immediately stopped crying.
Her mother groomed her soft fur and comforted her before giving her food. Anissa finally felt safe again.
That evening, mother and baby rested together beneath the tree, reminding Anissa that she was deeply loved.
